Clyde's Cider Mill

Tom and I took a ride to Mystic, Conneticut on Saturday to check out Clyde's Cider Mill. Their cider press is run by a steam engine, which of course is right up Tom's alley. Unfortunately, we missed the last press of the day so we didn't get to see it in action. We did enjoy a picnic and a yummy apple crisp before heading back home. We also visited their cute gift shop where Tom tasted their hard ciders.

Fall in New England

We decided that a new baby was a good reason to invest in a new camera. Last month we bought a digital SLR which takes beautiful photos. The new camera has also given Tom a chance to explore photography as a hobby which he is really enjoying (and I think very good at).

Last weekend, Lisa introduced us to a nature reserve in Dartmouth. We took a great walk on a beautiful fall day with Lisa and the dogs.
